Meet Anna Little,
  DPT, CSCS, Cert. DN
Hi, I’m Anna. I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, former college basketball player, and owner of Roadrunner. More than anything, I’m a movement enthusiast committed to helping people restore, develop, and maintain joyful and confident athletic ability.

After my junior year of college at Union University, I suffered a complex injury that nearly ended my basketball career. That experience shaped my understanding of the physical, emotional, and psychological toll an injury can take. The process of rehabbing to get back to the court is what inspired me to pursue this career.

Through that experience, I learned firsthand that connection, empathy, and curiosity are at the foundation of effective rehabilitation. When I was injured, I was willing to do whatever it took to get back to the court. Now that I’m on the other side of the rehab equation, I bring that same commitment to my clients—doing everything I can to help them return to what matters most to them while keeping their long-term health and performance in mind.

Today, I’m grateful to call Salt Lake City and the Wasatch Mountains home. I love biking, skiing, basketball, and just about anything else that gets me outside exploring this beautiful state.

My journey has given me a unique perspective and skill set that bridges physical therapy, strength, and performance training. My mission is to empower athletes of every age with the strength, skills, confidence, and knowledge to enjoy a lifetime of meaningful movement—wherever their journey takes them.

I hope you’ll join me!
